Yes, the per minute rate is based on the language you need. the more

familiar the language, the cheaper it is. This language rate is also

dependant on your package, the more you pay, the cheaper the per minute rate

is.

Set up fee - $75 or $200 (depending on package)

annual or monthly rate - $35 annual or $50 month (depending on package)

per minute rate - (depending on package/language)

These are all part of the billing. I have the flyer here in front of me,

but I can't scan it in and attach it!!!!
