I think that idebenone, which is a relative of coenzyme Q10 that is used for

friedrich's ataxia, is useful in demylinating diseases. It might be worth

looking into. People take a few mg/per kilogram body weight three times a

day, *with meals*.

It's really good for the heart. (like co Q10, it's cousin)

It also helps get rid of yeast infections in the gut.. for completely

different reasons..

That's just awful. How long were you exposed to mold?

Hi Beth--Its ok, its been a long time ago now. I don't know how long it was

there, but my former workplace was loaded with black mold, & I inhaled it one

day..... & the result is what I told you in the previous email. It took yrs to

figure it out, though.....
