Guest guest
Hi,Folks, Does anyone know if there are laws that require a pharmacist to keep your RXs confidential? Say, in a grocery store where there is a pharmacy. Are there privacy laws that preclude the pharmacist from telling the store manager what your RXs are? Thanks, Jocelyn
Guest guest
Hi, Looks like there's a whole website dedicated to privacy issues regarding RXs and medical records. Evidently, there is little control over RX and medical records by the patient regarding who can see the records. You can sign a petition for Congress at this website so patients can have more control over the RX and medical records and who can view them. http://www.patientprivacyrights.org/site/PageServer?pagename=First_Visit Jocelyn
