Hi, All!

I am in great pain that is likely caused by endometriosis and/or uterine cancer. I will be having the first of three biopsies this Tuesday. I do not know how much of my time all this testing and treatment will take up or how often I will be able to visit the thyroid boards in the coming weeks.

I would ask the other mods to be aware of pending members and messages.

And I would ask everyone to be prepared to welcome new members and answer questions.

I am behind in my e-mails but I wanted to let you know you are in my thoughts and prayers. I too had incredibly horrible pain and when they finally removed my uterus they found adenomyosis (sp?) which is endometriosis on the inside of one's uterus. I am so relieved to be rid of that. Hang in there and please keep us updated.

I now have my diagnosis: endometrial/uterine cancer with metastases to liver and lungs. It is considered to be "treatable, but not curable".
