Spurlock's office Scan and Supplements

I ran into the same thing when I had cataract surgery.

Apparently, some company is selling doctors an expensive " hand laser scanner "

that supposedly " reads " the amount of nutrients in your cells via your hands.

I was very strongly encouraged by the cataract surgeon to have this scan, and if

it showed low nutrition, to also buy the supplements (in his case betacarotene

for the eyes) he was pushing very hard, himself, not a girl or a nurse or any

other consultant.

He was very insistant, altho none was covered by Medicare or my supplemental

insurance. It aggravated him that I turned it down, several times!

So I suppose Dr. Spurlock or the gone partner ordered this machine (cataract

doctor said it was $10,000 and bragged he had the latest equipment, plus

Spurlock had to probably buy the entire line of supplements, where my cataract

guy only pushed one.

I don't like this, either, but we can always get his good treatment, and decline

the scan and any supplements you don't want, from the girl.

My hormone doc has a full line of supplements displayed, but has never said a

word to me about buying any, even tho I need NAC = glutathione, and Selenium,

his line has cellulose in it, to which I am allergic, so I can't take them

anyway, and they are expensive.

Just some experienced input w/ this scan and supplements stuff. You will need

more scans after you take the supplements, too!

I agree, he is drumming up pts. to increase his income since the partner left.

Can't blame a guy for marketing, I guess. Hate he has to stoop to this, though,

don't you? But I think his information at the meeting would be very worthwhile
