Guest guest
Does anybody know what is the REAL story behind Dr. Dearborn's paper and whatever pressure that was put on him to retract it? Something doesn't pass the smell test..
Guest guest
Joe, I appreciate you posting this. I haven't had the opportunity to meet Dr.Dearborn, but have spoken to him on numerous occasions. A very nice, compassionate, soft spoken gentlemen. He is definately well respected and one of the pioneers along with Dr.Ruth Etzel, that have struggled so hard to bring this to light. Like many other physicians experience, the pressure, retaliation and corruption from higher up has not gone unnoticed. LS, from what I understand he did not retract or change his paper. Higher authorized personnel did it for him and some thing just can't be discussed on this board. The CDC sent his " findings " to an independent lab, the thing is the " independent " lab was one that they orginally started, PathCon Labs. Most ex-employees from the CDC and federal agencies. Shelton is the owner, another well controlled puppet. Also, I've had the opportunity to speak to in great lengths at a conference. Even with my lack of knowledge compared to his, he couldn't even defend himself on a professional level concerning this issue. Since he doubted the effects of mycotoxin exposure through inhalation I made him an offer so that he could prove his point to the general public and scientists/physicians around the world, if it was only an allergen or irritant as he says, by staying in a water damaged building. But he declined. His main fear, his words, " Oh no, that could cause hypersensitivity pneumonitis (HP). " First words out of his mouth, is that he didn't believe it could cause neurological damage. One of his main complaints was all of the vendors were making money off of this issue. But then again so was he. But I was not, I was there at my own expense and to educate myself and talk to those who were also highly educated in this field, such as Dr.Chin Yang that was in the booth right next to him. I found it interesting I could only spend 5 minutes with Dr.Yang, because there was a line of at least 15 people behind me that wanted to speak with him. Dr.Shelton after an hour I tried getting away from him and there was no body standing behind me waiting for the same opportunity like they were with Dr.Yang. As a matter of fact I could get away from him, he kept pulling me back to continue our discussion, but now that I think of it, it was more likely no one else was interested in talking to him.
