What is systems and

grassroots advocacy?

Systems advocacy is a

serve that builds community and changes people’s lives. It is an attempt to

change governments,

organization or agency

polices, rules or laws.

Society only

recognizes the rights of people when they stand up and speak in one voice. This

is grassroots advocacy.

If you are concerned

about long-term care services for individuals who have a disability, please

join us.

During this

informative session, Jeff will review the importance of organizing and the core

principles of advocacy.

Participants will leave

empowered with information, strategies, and connections to local organizers.
