MACHANISMS OF TOXINS-TOXINS AFFECT THE BODY THROUGH MACHANISMS WHICH CAUSE REACTIONS SIMULAR TO NERVE,BLISTER,VOMITING, AND CHOKING AGENTS. NEUROTOXINS WILL INDUCE NERVE AGENT LIKE SYMPTOMS. THESE POSTSYNAPTIC NEUROTOXINS CAUSE ION CHANNEL PERMEABILITY. CONVULSIONS AND PINPOINTING OF PUPILS ARE THE MOST NOTICEABLE SYMPTOMS. Guest guest
Several of the tremerogenic mycotoxins are irreversible inhibitors of acetylcholinesterase. Yes, just like the major nerve gases like sarin, etc. That can mean a lot of things, NONE of them good. Ask your doctor what permanently altering a major neurotransmitter system involved in memory, gut motility, autonomic nervous system, immune response, etc. will do. It will turn somebody into one of us, unable to get medical care anywhere under the six minuite per patient 'insurance' system. Words don't describe how difficult it is.. Guest guest
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acetylcholinesterase_inhibitor Acetylcholinesterase inhibitor An acetylcholinesterase inhibitor or anti-cholinesterase is a chemical that inhibits the cholinesterase enzyme from breaking down acetylcholine, so increasing both the level and duration of action of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Uses Anticholinesterase inhibitors occur naturally as venoms and poisons, are used as weapons in the form of nerve agents, and are used medicinally to treat diseases such as myasthenia gravis and Alzheimer's disease, and as an antidote to anticholinergic poisoning. In myasthenia gravis, they are used to increase neuromuscular transmission. ------ Territrems: Naturally occurring specific irreversible inhibitors of acetylcholinesterase Journal of Biomedical Science Volume 3, Number 1 / January, 1996 http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/BF02253579 Jen-Wei Chen1, Kuo-Huang Ling1 and K. H. Ling1 (1) Institute of Biochemistry College of Medicine, National Taiwan University, No 1 Jen-Ai Road, Sec 1, Taipei, Taiwan (Republic of China) Received: 24 April 1995 Accepted: 16 June 1995 Abstract Territrem B (TRB), a fungal metabolite isolated from Aspergillus terreus, potently and noncompetitively inhibited Electrophorus acetylcholinesterase (AChE EC 3.1.1.7), but had no inhibitory effect on horse serum butyrylcholinesterase (BtChE EC 3.1.1.8). The TRB-treated AChE did not recover its enzyme activity after either dialysis or dilution of the inhibited enzyme. The binding of [14C]TRB to AChE, but not to BtChE, was demonstrated. The concentrations of territrems required for 50% inhibition of AchE were: TRA 2.4 × 10–8 M; TRB 1.9 × 10–8 M; TRC 1.5 × 10–8 M; TRAprime 9.8 × 10–8 M; TRBprime 9.2 × 10–8 M. Key Words Territrem - Acetylcholinesterase inhibitor There are others...
Guest guest
Everyone, Please keep us in your prayers, we are travelling north to possibly get a log cabin to live in. it will be a campground environment, public bathrooms etc, but if it is mold free it will be worth it. how does $275/month sound, all utilities and wireless access provided! One room, but it is bigger than a tent and more weather resistant. Hope all goes well, Dan Dan & Carmella Dunkin
Guest guest
You, along with everyone else, remain in my prayers each night. The log cabin sounds good as well as the cost. Take good care and God Speed to all of you, Sue

Imagine what would happen if some hypothetical common microogranism (let's call it Sarchy) was able to produce the sarin nerve gas. Perhaps we would hear statements like these: " It is true that Sarchy can produce sarin nerve gas. However, there is still no conclusive proof that, if found in buildings, it can cause anything else except allergy in susceptible individuals, coughing or sneezing. " " Nerve damage and serious toxic effects were reported after some individuals were exposed to Sarchy's biotoxins. However there is still absolutely no sufficient scientific data to support the theory that small quantities of sarin can adversely affect humans. All these reports contain serious scientific errors and should be reexamined. Starchy has been around for millions of years and we've adapted to it. " " There is quite a lot of hysteria and misinformation about Starchy and its biotoxin sarin nerve gas. Although sarin is very poisonous and lethal, that applies only to biowarfare situations and quantities. We can afford to breathe a little bit of sarin every day and feel fine. There's nothing wrong with sarin. In fact sarin is probably good for strengthening your immune system. All those individuals who claim they sustained serious injuries or death due to endogenous sarin are simply liars and are interested in making money through lawsuits. " Would that fly? Probably yes, just as it's the case today with Stachy and its toxins. As I see it, the main problem is that we have to deal with a very real and very serious nerve poisons (mycotoxins). But, since these toxins are produced by ubiquituous microogranisms like mold - usually due to bad building or maintenance protocols - their impact on us is downplayed on purpose. If mycotoxins could be synthesised only in a laboratory, toxins such as Satratoxin, T-2 toxin etc. would be banned and considered weapons of war - which they already are. We are unfortunate to be at the level of sensitivity that enables us to perceive and suffer from these toxins in much lower quantities than other people. And each year more and more sick buidings seem to sprout everywhere. Really bad luck.
Guest guest
Best of luck to you as you continue on your journey! I hope things go well and the cabin gives your family a safe environment.
