45mcg of T3 is VERY unlikly to be enough for anyone. And if we had some

temps we could determine if your cortiso has dropped too low for the

thyroid to get to the cells.

Hi Val,

My temps have been very consistent upon waking of 97.7...after that

it's all over the place. Maybe becuse my period is getting ready to

begin? Or maybe it's my crappy digital?

Usually is 98.6 at 3pm, and 97.7 at bedtime with variations through out

the day.

HC is at 25mg per day. Was at 43mcg(something like that) of cynomel...

just raised 6.25mcg today for a total of 50mcg per day.

Any thoughts?

Some owmen seem to need a bit more HC when their periods start, so you

might try a 5MG stress dose for a couple days and see if it raises your

temps.
