I think the full 25mcg will be fine. MOST people need more then 75mcg

and many need 125-150mcg I know one person that needed 250mcg to get rid

of her RT3 issues!

Sorry I can't get this email into better reading shape, but I've done

what the computer will allow.

Anyway, somebody will alwasy benefit from a post like yours. I found it

very encouraging.

I still have a lot of symptoms, including eztra weight I gained when I

started HC on top of all the weight already had that I couldn't lose.

And I still have some joint pains.

I'm glad to hear from someone doing so well.
