SJH, Know what u mean; I don't feel particularly well educated re.

heavy metals either. I 1st used 'Body Pure' (the foot pads that are

supposed to draw toxins out of the body), sent them in for the free

analysis & that's how/when I 1st discovered I may be toxic in some

metals. 2nd, I told my primary dr. the results & she did a follow-up

blood test for heavy metal levels. IMO, The free analysis that came

with the foot pads seems a good place to start, you'll be amazed what's

on those pads after sleeping with them on your feet!!
