The truth is, I CRAVE them. i mean like I would a drug. If i don't get enougjh, I get cranky and then binge on them and then feel hopeless. Please take it from Rob, the " King " of carb bingers, the cravings and binges will pass on the low carb regimen. I used to eat two boxes of Kraft macaroni and cheese at a time! Low carbing will make these urges go away believe me. Have faith in the lifestyle and in your online friends. Its just like learning how to ski and noticing that the really good skiers don't laugh at you when you fall. They offer help and advice. They and we have all been there. Eat some nuts or a big salad with slices of lean meat and a little cheese in it when the cravings get bad. Just don't have the " bad " stuff in the house. Low carbing is much easier than a strictly low fat diet. Also don't call low carbing being on a diet - it's your new life, believe in it, friend.
