This is a different survey from the one you may have received recently that was distributed from the Texas Council on Children and Families. This survey is for family members and is focused is on education and employment. If you can, please take a few minutes to complete it.Note: this survey closes Friday 5/25/12.1) Complete the Consumer Survey-for families using the link below2) Pass the survey along to other family members as appropriate.3) Send as soon as possible -the surveys close this Friday - 5/25/12http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/TOPDD_ConsumerOnce the surveys have been completed, the TOPDD will aggregate them and incorporate the findings in the biennial policy report that goes to the governor, lieutenant governor and members of the legislature. Per statute, TOPDD does this report in collaboration with the Developmental Disabilities Council.
