Guest guest
depends on your inflammation or fibrin level--but the average is 2 in morning or take two at night on empty stomach-- some take one in am and one in pm-- if you have higher levels of fibrin---inflammation ---your T3 is not working---you will need at least 4 a day--- you have to try it out and see but the best way of course is to get the fibrin testing-- for inflammation levels--- this product is the best we have ever used in regard to fibro--cysts, plaque, arthritis---anything that inhibits blood and O2 being free of feeding the cells--- > > Thanks I have ordered some to try, what is a good dosage to take? > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ >
Guest guest
Well I am down to constant back pain with some flare ups in tendons. My ankles swell daily and 150mcg T3 is not releiving everything. I am alos on 30-40mg daily of HC which is helping and I have OK from my doctor to go higher with the T3 but the last time I tried that my pulse got too high. Something is blocking the good effects of the T3 form working as well as it should. I am also Diabetic so have that to contend with as well. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
aldosterone is one to look at for swelling---may need other electrolytes to help here---potassium--magnesium ect. I take a little salt every morning in my palm with a big glass of water--this cause the salt to get into the cells--- when you swell you are retaining water--- more t3 is not the answer for you because of the pulse (heart) If you know your free t3 tests and they are low or middle range tells us you are not getting enough into the cell-(based on this dosage)---so more t3 could just kill you---so not a good idea---if over the range and you are having more symptoms also tells us overdosing is not helping---symptoms here give you the clue so more is not a good idea based on pulse. diabetes is a tough one with thyroid and it's extremely common---most have both to some degree--- being diabetes tells us you are most likely insulin resistant---(unless you have type two) form young age before thyroid--- So being resistant would include thyroid as well-- serrapeptase may really help you or you may need the stronger stuff with heperin--- what are you numbers for free t3--and other symptoms wrote: Well I am down to constant back pain with some flare ups in tendons. Guest guest
Tina I have been hypo since 19 and I am 54 now. I need T3 at 620 to feel semi normal and be functional. My doctor does not go by labs he goes by symptoms. I eat liek a biod at around 600-700 calories a day and cannopt lose an ounce, which is why he is envcouraging me to go higher with my T3 dosing. I do have true thyroid resistance where labs mean little. But a pulse in the 90's is NOT dangerous and that is where mine is now. I have mid-range aldosterone levels at 15 range 4-31 upright. I have tried flirinef and could bnot take it due to more fluid retention but in the summer I need as much as 3 tsp a day of sea salt to have normal sodium levels. I almost died of Myexedema Coma 13 years ago, was given less than 2 years to live then I decided to get brave and self treat, To HELL with the doctors that had me on T4 only and I have saved my own life, but alot of damage was done from 20? years on T4 only. Going off Premarin caused my Diabetes. It was one more increase in insulin reistance I could not handle and I am a type 1.5 which is low insulin and insulin resistacne both. This was why I hunted a hormone specialist to see and drove over 700 miles each way to se him and I am not dissapointed. I sent him some of the research on this and I can guarantee he will read it and send me his opinion on if it is worthwhile for me or not. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
Generally speaking, how long before one can sense some change? Thanks for this info, depends on your inflammation or fibrin level--but the average is 2 in morning or take two at night on empty stomach-- some take one in am and one in pm-- if you have higher levels of fibrin---inflammation ---your T3 is not working---you will need at least 4 a day--- you have to try it out and see but the best way of course is to get the fibrin testing-- for inflammation levels--- this product is the best we have ever used in regard to fibro--cysts, plaque, arthritis---anything that inhibits blood and O2 being free of feeding the cells--- > > Thanks I have ordered some to try, what is a good dosage to take? > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ >
Guest guest
Tina Thanks for this, I got mine a couple of days ago, Doctors Best (easier to get in Oz) and will let you all know how I get on, Tina, is it ok if I post some of the info (studies, not the personal posts) over on Real Thyroid Help general or would you like to post the info over there for others, or any objections? I can always just mention that I am trying it if you would prefer :-) Thanks!
