Barb, No, we didn't have any leaks but starting having the chalk like stuff

on the walls which totally freaked me out!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't even sleep at

night and was running to the basement at night to check on it. We looked into

many different compaines before going with Basement Systems. We have been in

our home for 15 yrs. which belonged to my mother. House was built in 1968

and in very good shape. Since we will be her for many more years we decided to

have it done as a safety measure. Now I only have to worry about the roof. I

drive my poor husband(he's a saint) crazy having him run to the attic to

check things out all the time.

We even had the water heater hooked up to drain into the sump pump should it

begin to leak!!!! I'm doing everything I can to keep safe!!
