Barb, I listened to it. You can download the interview, but have to go more

towards the end to here it. The book is great so far, it does though take about

5 weeks for delivery. Darlene

, they discuss this on a trial and error sequence since everyone is

unique, ie: foods, medications, environmental factors (triggers). Also

watching the products that we clean our homes with, especially if one is

chemically sensitive. If I were to explain the process I would have to rewrite

the book, sorry. I know that I am not providing you with the cure that they

speak of, but like I said, everyone is unique what works for one might not work

for another. Take for instance, some ingredients in foods, beverages some

contain molds. A matter of discipline here, teaching one self to read the

ingredients in foods. The book is very in depth, I suggest that anyone that

can, should buy it. Darlene
