Elvira, Your quite welcome. It just puzzles me, when the proof is there on a

dish that was sent to a lab, yet the board of health says no mold. From

personal experience, this is typical of them in my area also. The board of

health out here does not do any testing, they will just do a walk through.

Remember, if the mold is in your HVAC system, what they don't see they don't

report. They do not do testing of your HVAC. Darlene

The board of health is looking for some LIMIT they can cite them for. The

answer they can give is " legal " or " illegal " . If limit = undefined then

answer is ALWAYS " legal "

Bureaucratic systems are designed to work like machines. So there is only

one answer possible from that system, absent rulemaking that says " if mold

species = x limit = y " and so on. Until we do that, ALL health departments

will be forced to fall back to the same answer, " Its okay, all mold is

legal "

I have test and Pictures Yet my Voucher has been taken away I was place in

Mental hospitals 3 times. can't get and Attorney and what happen to me in Rome

Georgia I'm having a hard time bouncing back from that they tried to drive me

out of my mine and also tested Meds on me.

this is heart breaking I was also injected with some type of Toxin in Broward

General Hospital in 2004. all I can do is keep hope alive and fine a stable

place to live so I can do what needs to be done I'm so Thankfull for all of you

on this site. I will just keep sending people here to this site with my T-shirts

and word of mouth Walmart stores and Public and so many other Schools Government

buildings will need you all in the end.

Keep on helping us keep hope alive forgive me again for having such a hard

time bouncing back from what happen in Rome Georgia Mental hospital. I was taken

there aganist me well over a gastrol infection and chronic PAIN go figure no

justice.

Elvira, Just try to be strong. I know it is easier said than done, just know

that we are all here to support one another during our horrific ordeals. This

group here, and the advocates that have been fighting to help us for many years

and continue to do so, is what gives me the strength to go forward. Just

remember Elvira, your not alone, we are strong together. This is not easy for

any of us, and times we will feel down but in our hearts we know that we will

I agree Darlene no matter what and to know I'm really no longer a Lone makes

me stronger and when I can not giving up. all of you are my Rock just knowing
