Often, problems are elsewhere in a building, for example, attics and

basements, or inside of walls.. so doing 'everything possible' inside of

'the place' (meaning JUST that one apartment) isn't enough. They need to

look at the building as a whole system, and first fix whatever is causing

water to accumulate, and then clean out the entire building.

So true Live; found that out @ my Lake condo. Didn't matter how much I

dehumidified my unit, clean, disinfected; the drng. issues above, below

& outside my unit were making my efforts futile. Not a complete loss,

it make my living space tolerable, but in the end, we're still going to

sell cause we can only control our unit/our selves, so we're out of

there!!
