Guest guest
I have one that is growing. There are different kinds of liver cysts from what I've read. I don't believe one can determine which type you have with a CT or ultrasound alone. Many doctors don't want to risk an invasive look. If you are looking at taking antifungals and you have a cyst it is probably a good idea to get a liver function test before you decide to take antifungals and also get regular liver function tests while you are taking them from what I've been told. One can have cysts and still have normal liver function. I have a friend who has taken Sporonox which is an antifungal, for years, and has a liver cyst which hasn't grown or changed, but everyone is different. Guest guest
Thanks for any replies, it is for my mom. She had a cat scan after the doctor told her to after a colonoscopy (spell). > > I have one that is growing. There are different kinds of liver cysts > from what I've read.
