I don't digest this list, so I couldn't say, I haven't noticed any empty

messages in the few days I've been subscribed, but I was encouraged by an

Intern's response to providing me some dietary input, I miss her, whoever

asked her to contact me please ask her to continue to do so. Moderators

should unsubscribe people for them if they are spamming the list with

requests, I would be happy to help out as a moderator. I really need help

against compulsive overeating, I am not working, I have other health

concerns, and I need a simple low carb diet which is 2500 cal/day and less

than 90g fat/33g sat.fat per day I think. Help me out folks please.

Also I am getting increasing head pain taking my diabetes medicine these

days and upset stomache and GI tract, I need assistance to make a weekly

meal plan for myself please thanks all! Any advise would be greatly

appreicated, or maybe just a point to a digest from the past which might

cover this. I like http://www.planetrx.com it's got a lot of information,

but what I need to do is reprogram myself, how do I do it without paying

Weight Watchers or somebody else money I ain't got? I weigh 381.7 lbs. and

had blood sugar of 374 mg/dl before excercise at cardio-rehab and 234 mg/dl

after excercising today. I had to go off my meds the last two days due to

chronic headaches and pain in my jaw, but now that the x-rays have been

taken and the pain has subsided a little I am taking them again. I really

don't want to be medication dependant forever, I am only 29, never had a

heart attack but I've got angina. So tell me what to do please. I need to

know. I want to make a free website for people like me and find a support

group in my town in New Jersey too, please help.
