Officials said the southwest patrol substation on Beechnut Street near Newcastle Drive will be closed while the building is cleaned. Officers will work out of a mobile substation in the parking lot. About 150 people work in the building. No one has reported becoming ill. Police said the temporary closure will not affect patrols or their response to emergency calls. Officials posted signs to advise people wishing to file a police report to go to the Westbury storefront in the 5600 block of South Willow Drive or the Hiram e storefront in the 14700 block of Hiram e Drive.
