Guest guest
Hi: I live in Southern California. Haven't found Splenda in the markets in packets or boxes but I ordered them both by mail on the Internet. They do have the Ocean Spray " Lightstyles " at Ralph's that is sweetened with Splenda. Ten grams of carbs in a one cup serving which must be from the natural sugar in the cranberries or raspberries (I bought the Cran-Rasberry drink.). They also have the Log Cabin Sugar Free syrup, sweetened with Splenda which I have tried and really liked. The price for the mail order Splenda is $9.95 for three two pound boxes and $9.95 for three boxes of 100 packets, plus 1.95 shipping per order, which should be enough to find out if you like it. According to the web site you can use Splenda measure for measure in any recipe requiring regular sugar. Not changed by heat or cold. The web site also said that it is made from sugar but not digested by the body so it is really safe. After I get it and make something from it, I will let everyone know how it tastes and what the textures are like. Erwin

Guest guest
- Gee, that recipe looks good! Thanks for posting it. I can't use the Stevia - can it be substituted with the Splenda? And in what proportion? Thanks! in Port Orange, FL
