Guest guest
There is a new PolicyholdersOfAmerica.org newsletter out now which has some interesting stuff in it.. for example, they detail how the courts are *letting insurers get away with not paying a huge number of insurance claims that involve wind blown water, not flooding... if there was any 'water' damage at all based on the 'benefit of the doubt' theory* " Innocent until proven guilty' should NOT apply to insurers in situations like that because often it is impossible to prove which happened first, which is what they are asking for, BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED TO EVACUATE BY LAW... They should be required to prove the water was there first, not the homeowner being required to prove the wind was first.. (what appears to be happening) (What this tells me is that every homeowner needs to have full *video surveillance* of their property on battery backup going 24/7 if they expect to claim money in a storm related insurance case..or not evacuate when they are asked to which could result in their getting killed by a major storm or whatever..) Guest guest
I've tried to find where to sign up for those and can't find a link for that. Do you get them via snailmail or email, did you have to become a fee paying member? thanks --- In , LiveSimply <quackadillian@...> wrote: > > There is a new PolicyholdersOfAmerica.org newsletter out now which has > some interesting stuff in it..
