Crawlspace mold eat through floor?

Does anyone know if mold can penetrate

from a crawlspace up through the plywood

and subflooring of a house?

I'm thinking here about under average,

or near average conditions, and also about

mold actually growing up through it, with the

roots infiltrating the flooring, not just

spores and whatnot coming

up around cracks.

If the mold was infiltrating the flooring,

then...seems like that would be all she wrote.

The house would have to be condemned, no?
