Guest guest
The Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs is seeking stakeholder input (see below). Good Afternoon, We are in the process of updating the State of Texas Plan for Fair Housing Choice: Analysis of Impediments (AI). The purpose of the AI is to examine a broad range of public and private factors that influence Texans’ choice of housing. As a stakeholder, we would like to invite you to participate in a survey to better understand your perspective on housing choice for all Texas residents. Your participation is voluntary, but very important to the development of a meaningful document. All responses are confidential, and will only be reported in combination with those of other participants. The State is committed to the participation of a broad spectrum of stakeholders. We ask that you forward this link to your colleagues so that we can reach as many stakeholders as possible. You can access the stakeholder survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/TexasStakeholders. In addition to the stakeholder survey targeted to professionals with knowledge of housing and housing choice, the State is also hosting an online resident survey to gather information from the perspectives of Texas residents. Please help us promote the resident survey by sending the link to your members, clients and others in your network. The resident survey is available in both English and Spanish. You can access the English-language resident survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/TXResident You can access the Spanish-language resident survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/TXResidentEspanol If you need a reasonable accommodation, such as being able to take the survey by phone or on paper, please contact Christy Pushchak at cpushchak@... or ext. 261. Thank you for assisting with this important effort.
