Re: Mold in old boxed pancake mixes

I've heard this before but thanks for the warning again. I never buy pancake

mix that comes in just a box and not plasitc bagged inside. Believe it or

not some are not wrapped in plastic on the inside. If the box gets damp then

mold will grow not to mention what could possibly crawl inside the box and

into the mix!

I'm going out to the kitchen to check on our box!!!!

THis is the EXACT reason, I have keep everything like this in my freezer.

It started decads ago when my mother said that flour gets bugs in it and

to keep it in the frezer
