I can relate and sadly there is no perfect solution. I use the I Can

Breathe carbon mask for fumes. Website: www.icanbreathe.com

I have had to wear it on airplanes and when staying/sleeping in

bothersome environments. Also, you could get a hepa air purifier with

carbon canister for your " sleeping " room. Staying at your Mom's with

these aids sounds like the best idea to me. If you can tolerate time in

your apartment I think you need a mask/respirator and a protective suit.
