Guest guest
Hi Everyone, My toxic mold exposure began when I lived in Berkeley and the landlord (aka slumlord)didn't fix the roof. On of my roommates also got sick and I have moved but all my stuff's contaminated so I've had to decontaminate it or throw it out. I also feel that I can no longer live here in San Francisco and need to move to a warmer and drier climate. I was thinking about Los Angeles, perhaps in a less polluted part. There is a good journalism program there...I'm giving up so much though by not going to SF State....it has one of the top journalism programs in the country and people are so nice there....but the building as well as some other bay area buildings give me really bad migraines and severe dizzy spells. One lady in this group had written in about hardwood floors not being good in the SF Bay Area climate....I'm wondering if hardwood flooring in LA would be any better...is there anything I should look out for? Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks and best wishes. le
