Guest guest
Hi Val- I don't have a question for once. (ha, ha) I went to see my chinese herbalist this weekend and she gave me some advice on the water weight gain I have been experiencing while I work thru clearing Rt3. She said that 8-10 glasses of water is not for everyone all of the time, and when you are going to the bathroom all of the time it is causing too much stress on the kidneys. She asked that I cut my water consumption in 1/2 for the next couple of weeks and see how my body is doing. So I did yesterday and along with her tea noticed less of a bloat. I tried the OTC diuretics and they did nothing last week and the water has been unbareable. ( I am up 2 sizes from last year.) Just thought that for those of us who are experiencing this right now, it is worth trying to cut down to see if it helps. (In my case, salt, potassium, and other minerals were not helping with the water or high pulse.) I have also lowered my t3 by 5 mcg this week.
