Thanks, .

In five months, my Ferritin level went from 37 down to 16. It is encouraging that you could feel a difference. If you take your Cytomel 5x day, would that be 12.5 about every 4 hours? I am trying to figure how to take it. It seemed to take 37.5 2x day seemed to get my temp up to 98.6, but as you say, it is hard with the holidays.

Again, thanks—

,

I am taking iron (195 mgs.). I had a bottle of iron from CVS and

take 3 of them, which adds up to 195 mgs. I read some posts about

this and it said to take approx. 200 mgs. and then retest after a few

months. I could actually feel it working, the first day I took some:

more energy, mental clarity, etc...

My Ferritin level was 28 (I thing I read that normal is between 80-

90). I went back over the last year's bloodwork and my ferritin has

been low for at least 1.5 yrs. and the 2 doctor's that tested it

didn't pick up on that (What a " surprise:!!)

I take cynomel 5 times a day, along with my HC. I added the fifth

dose (by splitting up one of the first 4) because I was soooo tired

in the morning and this last dose, that I take at bedtime.. helped

immensely.

Hope this helps,
