Guest guest
Since finally weaning off all armour, 90 mg. 5 days ago (thanks Val for your help in this) I've developed some major heart valve action at night. Feels like an electrical heart storm. Only starts when I hit the pillow. Sometimes if I prop myself up it is less, but I still can't sleep. Taking my nighttime dose of HC/T3 doesn't seem to impact it. Last night I pumped it up at 10:30 p.m. with another 2.5 HC and it got worse. ??? I take mag, cal/mag at night. Stress dosing after 2:00 due to an adrenal crash New Years eve. One that woke me from my sleep. THis is when I went off all armour and down from 165 mcg. T3 and 90 mg. armour. Dosing of T3/HC: 7 a.m. 7.3 HC 10 mcg T3 10:30 5 HC 10 2:00 5 10 4:00 2.5 6:00 2.5 10 8 p.m. 2.5 10 Am fine all day concerning palps and pounding. It's the nighttime head to pillow that sets the whole thing into solid motion. Salt loading needed here?? Too much T3 for unstable temps. Reduce T3 further? Thanks for any ideas or things to try. Temps not stabile. 96.8 to 97.4 range. -AG http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/growhair/
