I actually dose my cynomel by taking more in the morning and less as

the day goes on. The reason being that is how our bodies would make

the T-3.

My dosing schedule is something like this: 7:30 am: 18.75 mg, 11:30

am: 18.75 mg,3:30 pm: 12.5 mg, 7:30 pm: 6.25 mg, bedtime: 6.25 mg.

This adds up to 2.5 cynomel a day or The cynomel that I take is 25 mg

pills and I split those into halves or quarters to dose this way. I

am also working on getting my temps up to 98.6. With 1/4 tablet more

cynomel, my temps went too high and on this dose, they hover around

98.5ish.

Val,

Wow, I stand corrected!!

Being that T-3 peaks at midnight, what would be a good dosage

schedule for me, taking 62.5 mg. cynomel (2.5 pills) a day?

Thanks,
