Lab results for RT3 please help

The nice poeple from real thyroid help sent me over here for help.

Here is my test rusults for RT3.

FT3 = 2.9

RT3 =182

Divided = 0.0159 or 0.016

FT4 = 1.3 (0.8-1.6) is this high

She said this is not good. How do I get this fixed?

Yes it looks liek you have too much RT3. Have you had your adrnelas

tested? Are you on adrenla support? That would be where to start at

www.canaryclub.org you can order a saliva adrenmal test whihc will tell

you if it is safe for you to start T3 only therapy.

No to clear otu excess RT3 you need ot stop all T4 from going into the

body as that is what oit is made from, usually when T4 is not converting

properly to T3 is when this problems happens.

I use to work as a pest control exterminator using dursban, ficam and

others. This was years ago, could this have something to do with the RT3?

I would not doubt that it damages receptors for hormones at all. I am a

pet groomer that was OD'd with Dursban to the point of respiratory

failure! I have had problems getting hormones to work c0rrectly ever

since and often wondered if it had some part in this.
