Hi,I don't know of any banks. However, the best program that I found and have used is the federal gov't program, the D. Ford program which is available through the US Dept of Education (see below).

Also check out loan forgiveness programs for public service by doing a search on the Internet. In some fields, you can fulfill your loan obligation after 10 years of public service and the rest is forgiven.
