Guest guest
Hi AG and Val, thanks for this, interesting to me because I had always found that a night time dose of tertroxin had me sleeping like a baby, lately, it has been waking me up and keeping me up for a couple of hours... I have iron overload, though I got rid of some of the iron with phlebotomies (venesection) last year, not sure on current iron /ferritin / tsat% status but interesting that it has changed for me. Cat > > This makes a lot of sense. I still can't take a nighttime dose of T3. > Have tried it every way possible. I can't tolerate TRT3 or 5 mcg > right when I am falling asleep. I don't seem to have low cortisol > issues or high adrenaline at night, my experience is one of mental > wakefulness from the T3. Have taken it with and without HC. > > Is this related to low ferritin? Or? > > Is it OK to take my T3 in 3 doses due to this? Right now I take it 6 > a.m., 10 a.m, and 2 p.m. If I quit by 2 p.m. I can sleep. > > AG > > > > Posted by: " T " artisticgroomer@... valharly > > Sun May 18, 2008 6:31 am (PDT) > > > > Yes I try ot keep it as even as possible. >
