Guest guest
Is it really asking too much to require that homebuilders address these complaints in a way that resolves the issues rather than trying to intimidate people for expressing their dissatisfaction? NO. The market mechanisms are broken! What is wrong is that the consumer/everyday American has no power in these disputes and the corporate conglomerates hold all of the cards. That is the real problem. There is no accuntability anywhere with these people. Politicians either. may not agree with me on this but I think that the CEOs who are responsible for these policies should be skinned alive, then forced to sit in courtrooms and listen to the actual life stories of those who they have injured. In shackles. Not just their paid monkeys.. uh, lawyers...
