Although I have been on vacation and don't haven't had the opportunity to

read all the postings ... I will try to respond the best I can. We also used

tiburon -- for both law and fire/ems cad does tell you what law unit to send

or what fire station to tone out by the little number codes in the upper

right hand corner of the dispatch entry screen. Our county also uses cad to

store automatics for the varies volunteer depts. On our system the you can

access all the departments automatics by typing " info " in the command window

when cad is in fire mode. For the most part both law and fire/ems dispatch

count on cad to be a need source of information and to get dispatch activites

organized and well maintained.
