Hubbard of the Partnership for Prescription Drug Assistance is

with the " Health Is Here Express " tour and says the program helps

put people that need more insurance coverage, in touch with

companies that provide it.

" Most of the folks we are helping are single parents, maybe they are

unemployed, maybe they are working few jobs just to get by, " she

said. " Most of them are younger, under the age of 65. "

One woman who visited the says she was there because her insurance

company's pharmacy co-pay is too high.

" Because there are so many avenues you can't find on your own, " said

Lois Colbern. " And when you are dealing with an acute illness, you

are tired out before you can go out and check the revenues for

assistance and whatever. "
