Guest guest
I was giving some thought to this myself . If people took mold problems as serious as they should houses should be built with all things connected to piped water in separate area. Could be connected by short outdoor path, close by but separate otherwise. That way if damage is done, at least you have half a house left and someplace to sleep. You can go out to eat, shower at gym, take laundry to laundramat, use portapotty until damaged area is made good. I believe this would be big step in right direction. Laundry, kitchen, bathrooms all in one house. Living areas and bedroom areas in separate building. You've got it right. Might as well put garage there also so gases and all those paint cans, etc can be in more toxic area and when you drive car in from rain, you aren't even dragging that water into living area part of house.
