Guest guest
While I was researching sodium/potassium balance I came across an article about magnesium that was very good. I went to the site- http://www.magnesiumforlife.com/ and I've been reading it all night. It's fantastic! Lots of great information. I've been telling my osteoporosis clients for years about the dangers of too much calcium and too little magnesium but I didn't think I would be low in magnesium myself. Now I think I may well be. So I ordered some of the magnesium oil the doc recommended and I can't wait for it to arrive. You can either put it in your bath or spray it on your body. It helps heal a lot of things. I'm hoping it will make my moles go away. Apparently if you are low on magnesium your sodium/potassium balance doesn't work right. I remember reading someone's post who could not absorb minerals orally. This bypasses digestion completely. Oh, and the best thing, it's magical for aches and pains and sports injuries. You spray it on and 5 minutes later the pain is gone. OK, I sound gullible, I know. I'll let you know if it works asap. Anyway the info on the site is very sound, Pam
