Just reporting in... I've complete workout number 3 tonight. Had a great

workout...

did AL8. First time I've completed an advanced tape. I've been trying to work

up

to it slowly and I was feeling really good tonight and just went for it and made

it

through it! It felt really great.

Well I'm off to bed...hope everyone is having a good one...

way to go bev!

i have been doing quite a few half hour taebo workouts lately and am now

finding that im struggling with the longer advanced tapes that i used to be

able to do! i guess that i need to buckle down and get those advanced tapes

out more often in my rotation. i tried to do the studio advanced tape today

and yesterday and had to turn it off both times which was a bit

discouraging. but really i do prefer the live advanced and AL2 to the

studio tape so perhaps i will just stick with those. AL8 sounds like a

great workout... lots of people seem to like it.... i will make a note of

that and will pick it up if i ever get the chance (and the $$ :)

Congrats on completing an advanced workout! If I

remember correctly, AL8 is all cardio! Great job!

Thanks Carolyn...don't get discouraged, just keep at it and you'll be getting

through the Adv tapes in no time. AL8 is a great workout. I like it because

its

all cardio no floor work. There is some standing ab work briefly at the end.

Ok, count me in too. Hopefully this will kick me back into it again.

I did try it last year when Carol started it, and I got to about

30ish and lost my motivation. I was doing better this year. First of

April I started counting again to see how many I could do, I did 22

in April, only 13 in May. and a LOUSY 2 this month. SO I WILL START

TOMORROW MORNING!!And see how long it takes to get in 100.

Beckie 0, 100 to go LOL

hey mich -

I did the taebo 100 last summer. I started the beginning of May and kept

track of how many I did all summer and I ended up at 100 in September I

believe. It doesn't have to be every day and it doesn't even have to be only

taebo. I also tracked the miles I powerwalked by the 100 mark and ended up

around 170 miles I think.

Caroline, who's at 7 taebo workouts and 8.5 miles so far.....

Well Done Bev, it is a great accomplishment to get to the advanced

level, give yourself a pat on the back. I think I might have to join

in this 100 challenge... So is it just 100 workouts of taebo??? Does

it have to be everyday or just 100 taebo workouts???

Great to have you on board with us in the challenge. I did get up

this morning at 5:30 and worked out. It wasn't as intense as before,

but I am starting back at it. YEAH!!! Will have to work on eating

better next week too. Hope everyone else had a great workout today!

Way to go Beckie!!! Just take it slow and ease back into the intensity, you'll

be

there in no time.

I wasn't able to workout yesterday :( When I got home last night and went to

change

for my workout I noticed my ankle was really swollen., so I thought it best not

to

try to workout on it. It's much better today, not swollen at all so I'm going

to

get a workout in after work. Hope everyone else is doing well.
