Guest guest Posted August 13, 2012 Report Share Posted August 13, 2012 I have relocated to Long Island and no longer practicing in the Hudson Valley, however, I am frequently receiving inquiries from potential clients in crisis and in need of treatment. I have 2 clients seeking treatment with an Art Therapist in private practice in the Lower Hudson Valley region. 1) One is for a 4 year old little girl recently diagnosed with leukemia, and fortunately with a good prognosis and a very supportive Mother and a true advocate for her therapy. 2) The other if for a woman suffering from post partum depression and anxiety who is currently in an intensive outpatient program and was recently in an inpatient facility prior. She loved working with the Art Therapist at the hospital and wants to continue. She is med compliant and sounds like she is actively working with managing her treatment to be a healthy mother and person in general.
