Guest guest
Here's a question for Kelman's depo: What is your explanation/justification for excluding thousands of peer-reviewed studies in your analysis in the ACOEM report? snk1955@... wrote: Hi All, I have been in DC for the past two weeks. We are making great progress in stoppingthe deceit in medicine over the mold issue, that has cause so many to be unable to receive viable medical treatment. We are within inches of home. I think six months on the outside. But in the meantime, I am having to fool with this lawsuit in which Dr. Kelman and VeriTox have alleged that I made a false and libelous accusation of perjury for five little words " altered his under oath statements " , when describing Dr. Kelman's testimony in the Haynes case - in which he was describing the ACOEM mold statement and the US Chamber paper as two seperate documents..lay translation...two seperate endeavors, etc, once he was forced to discuss them at all by the Kilian transcript being allowed in. BTW, did you all know that even though Saxon was listed as " the group " that did $40K worth of work for the " seperate endeavor " US Chamber paper, Saxon says he did not even know his name was on it and had nothing to do with the " lay translation " " seperate endeavor " " seperate work " ? Anyway, I have been really busy here in DC and now I could use you alls help. We are deposing Dr. Kelman of VeriTox (ACOEM mold statement co-author)on the 15th of Oct in the libel case. And I just have not had time to mess with it. Cuz, if I did, it would have taken my time away from the GAO audit and working toward a full blown investigation. And I don't think there is anyone who would want this lawsuit to detract from my time of working on that, do you all? So, whoever writes the best depo question for Dr. Kelman, I will give $100. Thank you all for your help! (satirical comments may not win you any money, but they are welcomed for comic relief!) Guest guest
Good one, Darlene. Here's a couple more: Dr. Kelman, when is your next vacation? Have you ever played hide and seek? We want to play hide and seek while he is out of town. We will be bringing toxic mold samples to his house and hiding them in special places. This should be like the Joe Pesci movie where the judge orders him to live in one of his rundown apartment buildings. Kelman and the insurance company executives should be ordered to live in a house that has toxic mold. Darlene <darlenesb2000@...> wrote: , You forgot to ask: Dr.Kelman, where is your bedside manner? Answer to second question: Dr. Kelman, why don't you come answer my little grand-daughter, looking her in the eyes as to why she can't stay over gramma's toxic house. legal_gramma <legal.winner@...> wrote:
Guest guest
Dr. Kelman, We have all nominated you to star in MOLD SURVIVOR and to begin the show we will all ship you, via UPS, ten of our contaminated items from our sick buildings. You will receive a variety of mold, mycotoxins, some gram negative bacteria, and endotoxins, from our homes, apartments, schools, and workplaces, including aspergillus, stachy.,fusarium, tricothecenes, and satratoxins, just to name a few. At the end of a week 1 you'll have a chance for a featured monologue where we are all sure you will confirm that mold does nothing to the body...just a few allergies...nothing Claritin can't cure, right? Question: Where should we mail our items? Your address is????

Guest guest
Hey, You guys, these are great! I am going to compile them and give them to my attorney. Maybe we can do this depo in an interview format. " Dr. Kelman, from Boston would like to know..... " An internet driven deposition. I love it. BTW, I can answer your question for Dr. Kelman. He has never treated a patient because he is merely a PhD. He has no real experience with sick people...except to deny they are sick, that is..while being paid handsomely. " Could not be..
