Statement from MCS America (fwd)

THIS IS FROM THE NON PROPFIT GROUP THAT SALVADOR LOURDES CLAIMED TO BE

ASSOCIATED/UMBRELLA'D UNDER! WE HAVE BEEN TELLING PEOPLE SAL IS A FALSE

IDENTITY, THIS ALONG WITH THE FACT I PERSONALLY CALLED THE STATE O HAWAII

CORPORATE RECORDS DIVISION TODAY 808-586-2727 AND THERE IS NO CORPORATION

BY MCS AMERICA OR ANY OPFFICER IN ANY OTHER CORPOATION BY THE NAME

LOURDES SALVADOR!

Since I asked the questions on other lists about MCSA's non profit status

and abilities, I would like to address that portion of Lourdes post.

First of all, I know for a fact the very first sentence under,

" Organizational Status of MCS America " , is false. MCSA may have been

founded on June 27th, 2006, but it was not a Hawaii non-profit at that

time, and to the best of my knowledge MCSA is NOT a registered

non-profit in HA. Lourdes entire statement is confusing at best, and an

overt lie at worst. She has based an entire organization on lies. The

whole paragraph on org/status is double speak and window dressing --

nothing more. You can't be a NPO and umbrella under one at the same

time, that is nonsensical. You can't be an umbrellaed NPO and be solely

independent. Each sentence contradicts, the previous sentence. The whole

paragraph is riddled with innuendo's and lies.

I would like to say that I am uniquely qualified to make these

statements because I was an MCSA board member when the group formed. I

have first hand knowledge of how the business of MCSA was conducted. I

know what the facts are for the time I was on the board. I can now see

why there has been continual questions and confusion about MCSA because

it is clear the truth isn't being told to anyone.

I was one of three people who were invited by Lourdes to be on the

initial MCSA board of directors in June of 2006. The other two board

members were Kathy Fitzpatrick and Deborah Howery. All three of us

resigned from the board; Kathy and I resigned simultaneously after only

a few months participation. The three of us were on the board of MCSA to

lay the foundation to form a legitimate NPO. I can unequivocally state

none of the steps needed to form a NPO, or umbrella a NPO, ever took

place, which is in part, why I resigned.

I also represent the Montana Non-Profit that Lourdes is referring to and

MCSA was NEVER, " initially umbrella'd. " Lourdes and I did discuss the

possibility but it was never more than a discussion. No contracts were

signed and no money changed hands. I have wondered for sometime why I

am emailed questions about MCSA. I can see now, it's because MCSA has

falsely represented my involvement and degree of commitment to MCSA. So

I am glad to have the opportunity to set the record straight.

In addition, as far as I can see from Lourdes post to the list there are

two officers for MCSA; Lourdes and Wanda. I don't see a list of board

members or how a board could meet regularly if they don't exist.

I could go on, but there really is no point in saying more. It is deeply

distressing to know that a group which aspires to represent MCS is doing

so without any integrity. I am going to forward my post to Kathy

Fitzpatrick who is a member of this list. Kathy may want to offer what

she knows so we can be put

this behind us. Deborah Howery is sick right now and doesn't have

computer access. Perhaps, if she recovers she will want to answer

Lourdes statements as well.
