I have not been an active board member since Febraury 2007 nad I have NEVER been a vice preisdent, my addresss is currently being used by Sal, as a DROP OFF mailbox. 2. I have never met Sal. 3. I joined the group about a month after it started because the group I had been with shut down, MCS Awareness. 4. I have never signed any documents about non-profit status. 5. I have no knowledge of any corporate books. 6. I never received anything regarding corporate lisitngs. 7. I received the proclamation from the governors and I would scan them to Sal. Then i received NIEHS Strategtic Plan. 8. We had group meeting, Deborah, Sal and a girl named Diane from MA that was a LONG LONG LONG TIme ago. Just a meeting not a board meeting. 9. We never had a board meeting with anybody, that was just a conference call before the proclamations. 10. I have nver seen the by laws only the mission statment. 11. I and Deb used to do the editing but I stopped that back in February. 12. I never voted or even accepted the position of vice presendt. The phone call form Angel tonight was the first time that I was notified that I am board member or still associated with MCS America. 13. This has to get out as I have children and am not associated in any way shape or fromw ith MCS America. 14. I have just written to SAl and told her to remove me as a board member. 15. Also stop using my address,it can no longer used espcially being it has not been used to receive any petiitons sent, since the end of last winter. YOu need to have anything regaridn MCS AMerica mailed to you and keep me out of your group. I need to know if you have used my name to submit any sort of documents without my notarized signature or association. I want a full listing of all of everything you put me down on. For about the last month I have received phone calls and emails from various people concerning Sal and her organization. I needed more substantial information before I let it go public. None of us like to see this happen, but the fact is it does happen. She has been asked several times over the last couple of months for identification and has refused to produce anything. I will always anyone the benefit of the doubt and ask many questions. This was a simple request that never came to light. The information that Angel has just posted is very important because it comes from " supposedly " other board members. Boy does this sound familiar. Now that the information is out and raises many questions and concerns Sal has been removed from the board. This should be the last of the information posted on here, I believe the rest of it can be dealt with by the MCS Community. I really do not want to continue with this discussion that needed to be handled by their own members, not us. Take it for what it is worth and like always make your own decision and check out any organization fully before you get involved. Beginning and end of this discussion.
