Please see information below regarding the Draft Report to the Legislature and Executive Pursuant to Chapters 130 and 132 of the Laws of 2010. The Executive Summary (3 pages) and the full Draft Report (29 pages) provide extensive information that you will want to read prior to taking the survey. Topics covered include clarification of practice, delegation of professional services, occupational exemptions, alternative pathways to licensure, and others.
