Guest guest
heres some info. on what I've found to help with stoping the effects of some toxin exposures. some zap me so fast and tirn my brain to mush and even if I remember to do this its done done its thing. but some chemicals build up effects and getting your sinuses washed out fast can stop the effects. first you have to get away from it. I take my sinus washer with me and a bottle of salt water. the quicker you wash your sinuses out the better.even getting to a bathroom and washing your sinuses with plain waem water is better than nothing. grab a paper towel and wet it ti hold over your nose if you have to go back into that environment. you cant breath throigh paper towels to great so it can protect the nose but breathing through your mouth continues the lung effects. of corse it gets in your cloths and hair and on your skin and these can keep you reacting if you cant get in a shower and change cloths. washing face and pulling hair back from the face helps too. but when your somewhere where you cant jump in the shower, washing rhe sinuses is a big help. if you cant get away from the toxin a clean wet folded washrag over the nose and mouth can help cur down exposure and effects. wet catches more than dry. there are also some industerial, thick cotton face masks that you can wet down and wear. just make sure your wash them with a chemical free laundry soap. -------------------- ps. breathing the moisture also helps gives relief in nasal passages when your suffering a lack of mucus. just temp. relief but it fells good to laydown with a clean wer washrag on your face.
