Be careful and prepared to move your child to another school.

They may retaliate against your child.

But, schools come under the jurisdiction or authority of the community or

state.

There is wide latitude, generally if you are doing something in the

health, public safety of the public. The Board of Health, of the area

may or may not help you. Be careful and good luck.

Does anyone have experience in how to go about testing for mold at

private schools? As private property, could they bar a parent from

gathering air samples? Am I allowed to take photos of a leaky roof,

or would that be " trespassing " ?
