That's a " when did you stop beating your wife " question. You should have

been an attorney! Just got the word that the depo has been canceled for

Monday.

Maybe his wife got a hold of him.... after finding out the truth of

what he has been involved with all along.

After I sent the question I should have probably tried to rephrase

it, because goodness gracious, I think I was leading the witness

with that question. But after thinking about it, it seemed like all

the questions I had concerning him were leading the witness. In his

testimonies I wonder how often he becomes tongue tied, studdered,

stammers, or " hell, I don't know. " To be honest with you it wouldn't

be difficult to write a book questions for the defense and other

authorities.
