When your daily subsistence is based on a non-exam, there may be a real problem I have never heard of medical review being used in litigation. Those are typically used to deny an insurance claims. (like in Dateline's " The paper chase " ). I don't think one can have an " IME " without the " ME " medical exam, let alone the " I " independent. I don't think you can have a " DME " without the ME. As matter of fact, how can one have an ME....without an ME? Are you sure it is not just a risk analysis of the case? ************************************** See what's new at http://www.aol.com

Guest guest
Bottom line is they don't care, they are hired by the insurance company so they dodn't have to pay. They will right what ever is not in your best interest. Thats how they play the game. Sad but true. Its your Job to prove them wrong! Guest guest
The report was used to deny disability benefits and was also used in preparation for a potential lawsuit. The report was written by Dr. Trangle. He is listed on the Internet as the founder and medical director of IMEx Associates at www.mdimex.com. I don't know when that company was actually created. He diagnosed the health problems as histoplasmosis even though he never saw the patient or did any tests and no previous doctors ever mentioned even the possibility of histoplasmosis. He was truly amazing---a psychic doctor!! snk1955@... wrote: In a message dated 10/14/2007 1:16:58 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time, charlesb35@... writes: I'm not sure I understand.
